Responsibilities -
- Responsible for Salary processing including all statutory deductions
- Responsible to perform all pre-calculations (Monthly Arrears, OT, Maternity Calculations, Statutory deductions & contributions etc...)
- Responsible for checking and reviewing monthly payroll workings & ensuring timely deliverables.
- Responsible for processing all ad-hoc payments with all necessary approvals promptly & tracking for necessary adjustments in the following month payroll.
- Responsible for recovering all overpayments promptly & keep track of them.
- Responsible for tracking, handling & coordinating inputs with various stakeholders based across the Globe. Work collaboratively with the offshore teams and be quick with the deliverables.
- Handle Payroll Queries, Stakeholder Queries, and Exit employee Queries in an effective & timely manner through designated Mailboxes.
- Ensure 100% accuracy & timely deliverables of payroll
- Tax Query, Paycheck Calculation query handling & timely responses through Helpdesk
- Ensuring the completeness of all Payroll controls & participation in timely audits.
Required Skills
- Detailed knowledge of any international payroll processing (Singapore/Australia preferred upon other locations)
- Knowledge & understanding of India & any International taxes & Laws
- Must be numerically accurate with a “good eye for detail”, thorough, organized, and consistent.
- Excellent analytical skills & excel knowledge is a MUST
- Perform all tasks as per agreed standards and timelines
- Excellent email writing & communications skills
- Flexible working hours
