As an Associate Talent Sourcer, your role will be to ensure to deliver required support to the Lead/Sr. Sourcers. We align a perfect work-life balance.Working days: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekend off) Work Location: Baner, Pune (Hybrid Model)ResponsibilitiesManage all Sourced Talent Pipeline.Track messaging cadence for respective projects.Provide sourcing data and insight through reporting.Provide necessary support to Lead/Sr. Sourcers.Pairing with the Sr. Sourcers in the paired Sourcing sessions to develop the ability to Source individually.Required SkillsBachelor's degree Or Equivalent required (Preferably in Engineering)A passion for learning new skills in Sourcing and Candidate Engagement.Willingness to learn new tools required to fulfill this role.
