Experience: 15+ yearsArea of Responsibilities- Establish Infosys Foundation as a leader in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment and Sustainability categories.- Form and/or nurture collectives and partnerships oversee operations and activities like budgeting, fund release, account receivables, resource allocations, confirmations, and invoicing for the initiative.- Focus on building relationships with ecosystem value chain including Grant makers, government, strategic NGOs, beneficiaries by articulating value, identify opportunities to build synergy, managing expectations, providing regular status updates.- Create a professional and process driven approach for long term impact at scale, creating legacy, bringing systemic change.- Interface with NGOs and external agencies to gain a seamless understanding of the ecosystem, learn from and contribute to these networks.- Brand building and communicationExperience & Professional requirements:- Established credentials and exposure to the CSR space,- Having experience at corporates with in program managing collectives will be essential.- Experience of handling complex multi stakeholder projects, project planning and execution- Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.- Proficiency in usage of MS office tools- Demonstrated experience in nurturing external networks.- Knowledge of local language could be advantageous.
