For a highly motivated and results-driven Oracle Technical Project Manager, we are seeking an exceptional leader to direct and manage multiple technical projects. Your expertise in project management will ensure successful project completion on time and within budget constraints.As a key member of our team, you will provide consistent, accurate and comprehensive project updates, customizing these updates to specific audiences. You will continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, risks and resource requirements, adjusting and mitigating issues as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.Key responsibilities include managing project budgets and financials, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and resource allocation, while closely monitoring key financial performance indicators. You will also execute projects within a hybrid environment that utilizes both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring streamlined and efficient workflows.Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing simultaneous projects. You will have effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and influence others. Self-motivation and proactivity are essential, along with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, including interpreting and communicating project calculations like Total Cost of Ownership, Estimate to Complete, Estimate at Complete, Run Rate, and others.The right candidate will be able to learn and utilize project management tools and processes, becoming an advocate for adherence to these tools and processes.
