Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and architecture of Magento solutions and integrations.Guide and mentor team members in best practices for Magento development.Oversee the end-to-end development process for Magento projects.Ensure high-quality coding standards through comprehensive code reviews.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Develop and implement performance tuning strategies for Magento applications.Manage deployment processes, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal downtime.Conduct technical assessments and troubleshoot complex issues.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Magento ecosystem.Coordinate with third-party integrations to enhance Magento capabilities.Assure compliance with security standards and best practices.Prepare technical documentation and project reports for stakeholders.Foster innovation by introducing new tools and technologies to the team.Analyze user feedback to implement enhancements and improve user experience. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.5+ years of experience in Magento development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.Strong understanding of Magento 2.x architecture and best practices.Proven experience with PHP, MySQL, and front-end technologies.Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs for Magento integrations.Experience in Agile development methodologies and project management tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience in performance optimization and scalability of Magento systems.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus.Certifications in Magento (e.g., Magento 2 Certified Developer) preferred.Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Experience with cloud hosting solutions and DevOps practices.Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.A strong passion for ongoing learning and technology innovation.
