Job Title: Technology Recruitment LeadWe are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist to fill a key role in our organization. As a core member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for various types of engagements.Manage and govern the recruitment team for an end-to-end talent acquisition process for various types of engagments e.g. perm, contract, contract to hire, SOW based etc.Understand various financial technologies involved in the role and how it works.Derive an effective sourcing strategy to reach out to right group of tech talents within the USA country of job role.Work closely with sales/business development managers.Present the right talent profiles to the clients.Own-up and build good rapport/relationship with the clients and shortlisted candidates throughout the process.The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in executive search or IT talent acquisition or tech recruitment, with a proven track record in financial technology or Data & AI talent recruitment for banking and/or insurance clients. They should also have a good understanding of various platforms being used within financial services and/or insurance industries, team management experience, and communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:Deliver results-oriented recruitment solutions to clients in the finance and insurance sectors.Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet client needs.Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.If you are a motivated and experienced recruitment professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
