If you're sick of micromanagement, red tape, or being siloed in a large team, you'll feel at home here.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Marketing Executive with deep experience in Google Ads and the ability to manage client accounts independently, from onboarding to optimisation. You'll also have the opportunity to support our growth into eCommerce Store Management—so bonus points if you've worked with those channels too.Most of our communication happens via email, so written clarity and promptness are essential. This is a hands-on role where you'll need to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive performance.You'll work closely with our founders to accelerate the business forward and craft our vision for the performance marketing function.This wide scope of responsibilities will give you the chance to learn a huge breadth of skills and gain exposure to how a fast-scaling business is built.You'll be in a great position to grow with the business into a senior position within the marketing function and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end ownership of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMAX, and Display.Setup, tracking, GTM, and performance reportingOngoing campaign optimisation, testing, and strategy development.Provide regular performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations via email.Troubleshoot tracking issues and suggest improvements.Assist with campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting on Ads.Support store management, including product listings and merchandising.Streamline setup processes and reduce time spent on operational grunt work.Flag inefficiencies and help build lean systems to scale ad operations.
