We foster teamwork, growth, innovation, and leadership at every level.Role SummaryWe are seeking a driven and high-performing US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–5 years of experience in US staffing or IT recruitment. This role requires strong sourcing capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT positionsWork across Contract, Full-Time, and Contract-to-Hire modelsSource talent through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channelsScreen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirementsCoordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and follow up with stakeholdersNegotiate compensation and finalize offersMaintain an active pipeline and ensure high conversion ratios (Req → Submission → Interview → Offer → Placement)Required Skills & Qualifications1–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing (Mandatory)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation and relationship-building capabilityAbility to handle deadlines, targets, and a fast-paced workflowBachelor’s degree preferredSelf-motivated, accountable, and growth-driven mindsetWhat We Offer✔ Competitive salary + high incentive structure✔ Growth-focused workplace with leadership opportunities✔ Exposure to global recruitment operations (US & UK)✔ Supportive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture
