The Role

As a Learning and Development Coordinator you will play a key role in driving the execution of training initiatives and programs across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Learning and Development team in planning coordinating and managing training activities while bringing creativity to design promotional materials. You will work closely with different departments to ensure that training programs align with the company s goals and provide a smooth learning experience.

Requirements
  • Organize and coordinate training programs workshops and seminars.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team and subject matter experts to create training schedules and agendas.
  • Manage communication with trainers and participants to ensure smooth logistics and engagement.
  • Design engaging flyers brochures and promotional materials for training events.
  • Develop visually appealing presentations and other training materials in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to the company s visual identity and messaging.
  • Prepare training rooms and ensure all required equipment and materials are available.
  • Manage participant attendance track training participation and maintain updated training records.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to help evaluate the effectiveness of training.
  • Assist the L&D team in converting training content into elearning modules.
  • Manage content uploads and provide user support within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support data analysis for training effectiveness and generate detailed reports on training outcomes.
  • Recommend areas for improvement and strategies to enhance training programs.
  • Stay informed about current industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Propose innovative methods to improve training and development initiatives.
