Senior Compliance Risk SpecialistThe purpose of this role is to assist the organization in building sustainable governance and compliance practices.A successful candidate will have a good understanding of vendor landscape and compliance requirements. They will focus on establishing repeatable internal compliance validation and vendor security risk review processes.To be successful, candidates should possess skills such as being a team player, believing in adopting an innovative approach towards cybersecurity risk management, willingness to learn technical aspects of security, and being self-starters.This role reports to the Director - GRC and involves Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), support for audit readiness and evidence collection, internal governance and risk management.In the next two years, the desired outcome is a sustainable vendor security risk management process, a sustainable internal compliance team, continuous monitoring and reporting of product risk posture, and key processes to monitor implementation effectiveness of security controls.Support products in sustaining SOC2 compliance by regular internal assessmentsEngage with vendors for regular security and risk reviewContinuous monitoring and scoring of vendor riskMonitor security control effectiveness and highlight deviationsCandidates should have working knowledge of AWS/GCP and basic understanding of security standards, policies, and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset is required along with ability to work cross-functionally with legal, IT, and engineering teams.
