In this critical leadership role, you will bring structure, momentum, and clarity to a fast-moving organisation, guiding a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver world-class, data-driven player experiences.You will partner closely with the Executive Producer, Director of Product, and discipline leads to drive both day-to-day execution and long-term strategic planning. This role requires deep production expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to turn complex challenges into smooth workflows and predictable outcomes.
