Every contribution, every challenge, and every success is celebrated here.About the job:The Technical Writer plays a pivotal role in our organization by crafting, editing, and maintaining technical documentation that effectively communicates complex information to our audience.Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining user manuals, API documentation, release notes, and other product-related materials.Collaborating with subject matter experts, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.Translating technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for various audiences.Organizing and structuring content to facilitate easy navigation and comprehension.Requirements:Familiarity with standard documentation styles and guidelines.Proficiency in using MS Azure DevOps and Jira task tracking tools.Detail-oriented and strong commitment to accuracy.Excellent writing and editing skills.Proficiency in technical writing tools like Microsoft Word and Adobe FrameMaker.Strong understanding of documentation best practices.Preferred qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, or related field.7+ years of experience in technical writing or related field.Demonstrated portfolio of technical documentation samples showcasing writing proficiency.Experience working with software development teams and knowledge of software development processes.
