Design Innovator WantedWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Innovator to join our team.This role involves creating visually appealing graphics for apparel, accessories, packaging, brand visuals, artworks, and trend-aligned product concepts.The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of youth culture, streetwear aesthetics, colors, typography, print techniques, and can effectively translate brand DNA into commercial yet fresh designs.Develop print graphics, placement prints, all-over prints, motifs, and illustration-based artworks for various products.Design seasonal design concepts, mood boards, and visual stories aligned with brand direction.Adapt designs for different product categories (tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, bags, etc.).Ensure artworks meet production-friendly specifications (sizes, formats, layering, color breakdowns).Develop brand creatives, iconography, badges, logo variations, and visual assets that reflect brand identity.Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign graphics, social media elements, banners, and lookbook layouts as needed.Work closely with merchandisers and product developers on:print placementsfabric compatibilitycolorwaysmock-ups & samplingUnderstand printing techniques (DTG, screen print, puff, embroidery, HD print, etc.).Research global and local design trends, fashion aesthetics, streetwear graphics, typography, youth culture, and color palettes.Apply insights to create sellable product graphics & brand-relevant storytelling.Prepare accurate tech packs, artwork files (AI/PSD/PDF), and production-ready vectors.Coordinate with vendors to ensure correct execution during sampling.Solve print quality, scaling issues, or color mismatches.Required SkillsDesign & Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (mandatory)Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout designAbility to create illustrative & text-based graphicsBasic understanding of fabric behavior & printing techniquesSoft SkillsHigh attention to detailStrong sense of aesthetics & trend awarenessAbility to work under deadlinesGood communication & team collaborationCreative problem-solving mindset
