Role Description

EvinceDev (Evince Development) is looking for Talented candidates as per the requirements described here. Following are the Brief points of the Job Requirements


  • Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies that align with Eatance's business objectives, focusing on the critical importance of live data, transaction volumes, and data accuracy.
  • Test Planning & Execution: Lead the creation, maintenance, and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for all product releases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional, performance, and security testing. 
  • Data Integrity & Accuracy: Implement testing processes that prioritize the integrity and accuracy of live data, ensuring that all data transactions are secure, consistent, and reliable across the application.
  • Automation: Develop and manage automated testing frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage of test cases, particularly for high-frequency transactions and data-intensive scenarios.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role, ideally in a data-driven or high-transaction environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including experience with automated testing tools and performance testing. 
  • Data-Driven Focus: Proven experience in testing environments where live data, high transaction volumes, and data accuracy are critical, with an understanding of the unique challenges these present.
  • At least 2 years in a lead or managerial role, ideally in a data-driven or high-transaction environment.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to the QA team, guiding them in best practices for testing and quality assurance in a data-centric environment.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed QA reports, metrics, and documentation to communicate test results, quality status, and any issues to stakeholders.
  • The QA Lead will design and implement testing processes to ensure our applications meet performance, reliability, and security standards, collaborating with development teams to uphold quality benchmarks.
