We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain a comprehensive Recruitment ERP system for our organization.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop a customized Recruitment ERP system covering end-to-end recruitment stages (sourcing, workflow management, interview stages, medical status, visa stages, documentation, deployment, finance, reporting)Maintain, optimize, and enhance the ERP system regularlyIntegrate API connections with recruitment platforms, job boards, WhatsApp, SMS, and emailBuild dashboards, tracking systems, and automated workflowsEnsure high performance, security, and scalabilityCollaborate with the operations team to automate business processesRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience as a Full Stack DeveloperProven experience developing ERP systemsStrong understanding of ATS concepts and modulesGood understanding of UI/UX and workflow automationUp-to-date with modern technologies and stacksSolid but Not Limited ToBackend: PHP / Node.js / PythonFrontend: React / Vue / AngularDatabases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDBAPIs, microservicesGit/GitHub version controlMajor PlusPrevious experience building Recruitment or HR ERP systemsExperience working with manpower recruitment processesKnowledge of automation dashboards and reporting systems
