Pharmacovigilance Specialist

Medical Safety Physician JobWe are seeking Medical Safety Physicians/Drug Safety Physicians with 1-3 years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance and medical review.Job Description:To conduct reviews and assessments of individual case safety reports from clinical trials, spontaneous, and solicited reports.Determine regulatory reportability of cases within assigned therapeutic teams and products/sites.Perform triage of cases and determine seriousness and relatedness across products.Review and verify adverse events from source documents, assign MedDRA code, assess labeling, and review narrative.Acquire knowledge of product portfolios and safety profiles for various therapeutic areas.Escalate complex case issues to the medical review team and identify and resolve case issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience with safety databases and software applications.Strong customer handling skills, task management, people management, presentation skills, and life sciences industry knowledge.Benefits:You will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals in the field of pharmacovigilance and medical review.Others:Please note that this job requires a strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and medical review principles and practices.
