Job Title: Fusion Finance ExpertThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, with a strong functional knowledge across modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expenses, and Tax.Support financial close cycles, reconciliations, and cross-module issue resolution.Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules.Analyze and resolve issues related to Chart of Accounts, Ledger and Legal Entity configurations, Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, journal creation, posting, and reconciliations, AP/AR invoices, payments, receipts, asset additions, depreciation, retirements, and adjustments, and cash management processes.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform impact assessments, and deliver root-cause analysis (RCA) with recommended solutions.Manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle for product issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.Perform configuration updates such as lookups, tax rules, approval rules, bank accounts, payment methods, and quarterly updates.As a finance professional, you will work closely with the business to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to both business and IT stakeholders. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle Fusion Financials and apply that knowledge to drive process improvements and optimize system performance.
