Job description Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant Lead at GSB SolutionsWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Technical Support department as a Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on Fusion Payroll processes and systems, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any technical issues that may arise.As the Consultant Lead, you will play a key role in leading a team of consultants, providing training and mentorship to ensure the team delivers high-quality support to our clients. Your expertise in both technical and functional aspects of Fusion Payroll will be crucial in driving successful implementations and optimizing system performance.Lead and mentor a team of consultantsProvide expert guidance on Fusion Payroll processesResolve technical issues and optimize system performanceCollaborate with clients to ensure smooth operationsStay updated on industry trends and best practicesJob requirementsStrond hands-on understanding of UK-specific statutory rules:PAYE, NI categories, Tax codesRTI (FPS, EPS, NVR)Pension auto-enrolmentStatutory Payments (SMP/SSP/etc.)Apprenticeship LevyExpertise in:Payroll configuration (Elements, Balances, Rate Definitions)Fast FormulasHCM ExtractsHDL/HSDLExperience supporting monthly/weekly payroll cycles in a production environment with SLAsStrong experience handling Fusion quarterly statutory updates for UKProvide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion UK Payroll, ensuring timely resolution of incidentsSupport end-to-end UK payroll cycles, including: Pre-payroll validations Payroll calculation and auditing Payment processing and costing Post-payroll reconciliation and reportingHandle UK-specific statutory payroll processes, including: RTI Submissions (FPS, EPS) P45, P46, P60, P11D Statutory Payments (SMP, SSP, SAP, SPP, SHPP) Apprenticeship Levy Student Loans & Postgraduate Loans Auto-enrolment PensionSupport statutory integration with HMRCAnalyze and resolve payroll issues related to: Payroll Elements and Balances Fast Formulas (Payroll, Calculation, Absence) Payroll Flow orchestration Costing and accounting integration All doneYour application has been successfully submitted Other jobs
