Design and Enhance CoE Offerings on Power Platform leveraging full Microsoft Ecosystem, Azure AI Services etc. Build and Maintain Solutions for CoE and customer centric. Presales support, Estimations, Customer Handling, Delivery Handling. Establish delivery methodologies and standards for projects across AI & Automation. Build scalable, secure solutions by leveraging Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, M365, Azure Services, D365. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather customer requirements, map processes, and translate them into low-code/no-code/Pro-code solutions In depth knowledge in developing AI solutions leveraging AI Builder, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate/PAD, Dataverse, Copilot Studio Define and enforce governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and ADO Usage to deploy secured Power Platform solutions Comfortable working across industries and cross-functional teams. Able to designs & develop solutions for various Business Problems using AI/RPA/DPA, by embedding AI into client-facing solutions. Skills and ExperienceOverall Years of experience in developing AI/RPA/DPA/Agentic concepts (with 6+ years in Automation) Bachelor's degree B. Tech in CS/AI/ML/IS or MCA Working knowledge in Microsoft AI using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot integration, Cognitive Services, AI Builder. Good knowledge on Copilots over D365/M365 platforms Ability to design & build Solutions in Canvas App using Containers, PCF usage etc, Model driven Apps, Power Pages Good knowledge in AI Model development, Canvas Apps Advanced customizations, responsive design, Model-Driven Apps: Complex data modeling, command bar extensions. Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) preferred Fully able to Design/Build complex Power Automate flows, PAD flows, with Error handling, advanced conditions, Connectors (custom + premium). Good to have Power BI knowledge, embedding PBI reports into Power Apps.
