Job descriptionPosition : Manager Accounts & Finance for Hotel & Restaurant industryLocation : GuindyQualification : CA Inter ( Must )Experience : Minimum 5 Years as a Manager Accounts & FinanceCTC : Maximum gross up to 9.20 LPAKey Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Reporting:- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.- Oversee financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.- Develop financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flow for budgeting and decision-making.- Accounts Management:- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and financial reporting.- Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, including vendor management.- Supervise day-to-day accounting transactions and general ledger reconciliation.- Taxation and Compliance:- Ensure compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax regulations, including GST and Income Tax.- Filing of statutory returns, including TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other regulatory filings.- Liaise with government authorities and external auditors to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.- Cost Management:- Monitor company costs and suggest cost-reduction strategies.- Oversee the costing and pricing of products/services.- Treasury and Cash Flow Management:- Manage cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.- Oversee treasury functions, including investments, loans, and working capital management.- Internal Controls:- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and risk management practices.- Team Leadership:- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance for skill development.Required Skills:- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.- Expertise in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).- Strong understanding of taxation laws, compliance regulations, and statutory filings.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Preferred Attributes:- Experience in handling financial operations in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with Tamil Nadu state-specific tax laws and compliance.If your experience suits our JD, Pl share your updated resume to jobs.thebanyanhr@gmail.comRole: Finance & Accounting - OtherIndustry Type: FMCGDepartment: Finance & AccountingEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Finance & Accounting - OtherEducationPG: CA in Pursuing
