Expert Analog Circuit Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Analog Circuit Design Expert to join our organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CMOS analog design fundamentals and hands-on experience in designing analog circuit blocks, including OTA, Charge Pump, Bandgap Reference, Ring Oscillator, LC-VCO, etc.A Solid understanding of MOS device operation is also required.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Designing analog/mixed-signal circuits to meet target specifications.Performing layout of designed circuits and analyzing parasitic effects.Conducting hardware measurements and analyzing silicon results.Evaluating impact of device characteristics on circuit-level behavior.Identifying and optimizing critical parameters for system-level performance.Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso Schematic & Layout editors and contribute to automation initiatives and efficiency-improvement projects.Key RequirementsMinimum 7 to 30+ years of experience in analog circuit design.Strong background in CMOS analog design fundamentals.Hands-on experience in designing analog circuit blocks.Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso Schematic & Layout editors.Solid understanding of MOS device operation.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology.What We OfferWe provide a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth.
