You will be working with a group of motivated QAs and SDET who are responsible for automation of exchange market gateway.We are looking for talented, self-motivated individuals with a desire to learn, build deep expertise and create impact working collaboratively. If you believe you have what we are looking for, we invite you to be part of our global network of talented, client-focused, forward-thinking teams where your contributions will be recognized, and rewarded, helping you to progress your career. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain comprehensive test plans for complex systems, ensuring high-quality product releasesDevelop and maintain test automation frameworks - including integration with CI/CD pipelines.Work with the Development, CS and Product team, Improve quality metrics on Root Cause Analysis of the escaped defectsBuild and extend automated test suites covering functional, integration, API and end-to-end testing scenarios Create and maintain technical documentation for automation framework, test strategies and test development processes Participate in architectural discussions and provide an input on testability and quality improvements Mentor team members on automation techniques, coding standards and testing methodologies Mandatory RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 2 years in automation development with Bachelors in STEM fieldWorked on Test Automation framework, Pytest preferredStrong programming skills in PythonExperience with CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins)Hands-on experience with DockerProficiency with version control systems (git/gerrit)Hands on experience on Unix like platform and Bash.Excellent communication skillsBeneficial:NCFM certifications in Derivatives, Capital markets etc.ISTQB QA certificationsGood to have - knowledge on Order Trade Life CycleExperience in software testing life cycle including analyzing specifications and developing effective strategies and executing the test plansWorking knowledge of FIX protocolFamiliarity with asset types like Equities, Derivatives, FX, Bonds, Commodities etc.Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitudeWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
