Job Title: Senior Network Management System ArchitectSolution OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Network Management System Architect to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our NMS platform supporting Lightspeed networks.The role requires working within an Agile SAFe framework to deliver robust, scalable, and high-quality CNMS solutions.Key Responsibilities:System Design & Development: Design, develop, and enhance OSS/NMS systems for resource management, service monitoring, and fault management.Lightspeed Solutions: Lead technical design and integration for Lightspeed network management solutions.Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors and ensure solutions align with industry standards.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive CNMS documentation for transparency and operational efficiency.Automation: Develop YANG modules for modular resource and fault management functions. Design and maintain automated test suites for CNMS validation.Security: Define and enforce network security standards; contribute to system-level modeling.Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Expertise: 5–10 years of experience in technical design and development roles. Expertise in Layer 2/3 protocols, gRPC/gNMI/gNOI, HTTP/2, and mTLS.Programming Experience: Strong programming experience in Python 3.x and BDD-based test frameworks.Environment Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Linux environments, containers, and YANG/NMTS XML, YAML, JSON.Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with Netcracker, ONAP, Blue Planet, or Amdocs OSS/NMS tools.Standards Knowledge: Knowledge of IP, MPLS, SR-MPLS, Ethernet, VLAN, MEF, and TMF standards.
