Analyze and optimize the service portfolio, evaluatingperformance, identifying areas for improvement, and prioritizinginitiatives.  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and externalstakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for serviceinitiatives.  Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and reporton service performance, providing insights for improvement.  Work effectively with cross-functional teams, tower leads and otherstakeholders Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.  Experience in managing projects, programs, and serviceinitiatives.
