As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced workflows that drive business success.Your primary focus will be on building, optimizing, and maintaining complex n8n workflows across various departments, including sales, CRM, lead generation, reporting, and website automations. You will work closely with our technical teams to integrate multiple systems using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom authentication flows.A key aspect of this role is your ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues, ensuring seamless workflow execution. You will also play a crucial part in guiding team members on workflow architecture, best practices, and implementation.As an expert in n8n workflow development, you will maintain clean documentation for workflows, integrations, and processes, ensuring transparency and efficiency within the team.RequirementsTo succeed in this challenging role, you will need:Proven experience with n8n workflow developmentStrong understanding of Python / JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.jsExcellent knowledge of APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, webhooks, and authentication flowsExperience integrating CRMs, tools, databases, SaaS apps, email automation, and other systemsAbility to write clear logic, transformations, error handling, and custom functionsFamiliarity with Docker, servers, self-hosting, or cloud deployment setupsBasic knowledge of working with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)Strong communication skills and willingness to lead technical decisionsBonus SkillsThe following skills are highly desirable but not mandatory:Experience building custom n8n nodes or contributing to open-source automationsKnowledge of AI/LLM-powered workflows or agentic automation setupsExperience integrating sales or lead-generation systemsUnderstanding of DevOps concepts, monitoring, logging, and workflow optimization
