KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Design & Technical
- Assist in project documentation and architectural drawings
- Create preliminary design sketches and 3D visualizations
- Support site visits and documentation
- Develop construction drawings using AutoCAD
2) Business Development
- Research market opportunities and industry trends
- Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning
- Support proposal development and fee structure analysis
- Assist in developing business growth strategies
- Help identify potential business partnerships
- Research new market segments and opportunities
3) Marketing & Sales
- Create compelling marketing presentations
- Design marketing collateral and brochures
- Assist in lead generation activities
- Support email marketing campaigns
- Manage client testimonials and reviews
- Support brand development initiatives
- Develop sales pitch presentations
4) Content Creation
- Write engaging architecture and design blog posts
- Create content for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Assist in photography and video documentation
- Develop infographics and visual content
- Write newsletters and email campaigns
- Create project storytelling content
5) Event Management
- Organize architecture workshops and seminars
- Manage client engagement events
- Plan networking events and meetups
- Organize site visits and architecture walks
