From crafting compelling content to tapping into the right communities, you'll play a key role in building UBA's voice across platforms—and in the minds of learners looking to future-proof their careers.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:Plan, draft, and publish platform-native content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube.Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts that resonate with students, working professionals, and the tech community.Work with design and video teams to develop visual content in line with brand tone and objectives.Community Engagement:Monitor and engage with relevant online communities, groups, and threads.Lead conversations around AI education, upskilling, and tech careers to drive awareness and interest.Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner.Analytics & Optimization:Track performance metrics across platforms and generate monthly reports.Analyze what's working, what isn't, and iterate with data-backed ideas.Keep up with trends, platform updates, and audience behavior.Campaign Support:Support launches, webinars, and other marketing campaigns with tailored content plans.Coordinate with email, SEO, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive messaging.You Should Have:1–2 years of experience in a social media or content role (agency/in-house/edtech preferred)Strong writing skills with a grasp of internet culture, AI trends, and platform-specific toneFamiliarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and basic analyticsA builder mindset—comfortable with experimentation, feedback, and fast-moving environments(Bonus) Experience working with education or tech/AI brandsWhat You'll Get:Opportunity to shape the online narrative of a fast-growing, AI-driven universityExposure to cutting-edge trends in education, AI, and tech careersA collaborative environment that encourages creativity and bold ideasGrowth opportunities across marketing, brand, and content verticals
