Job Title: Procurement SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.About the RoleThe Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to ensuring timely delivery and coordination with finance. This role requires strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and warehouse management.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing and Negotiation:Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices for raw materials, electronic/mechanical components, and other necessary items.Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and cost requirements.Inventory Management:Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of raw materials and components.Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock audits to identify any discrepancies or ageing stock.Purchase Orders and Coordination:Prepare purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with finance to ensure payments and invoice clearance are completed promptly.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Strong Knowledge:Procurement processes, inventory control, and warehouse management.Familiarity with electronic/mechanical components and their applications.Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Organizational and time management skills.What We OfferIn return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:Competitive Salary:A comprehensive benefits package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.
