Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION HPS/2024/693Sr. Store ExecutiveMale13 to 5B.A/B.Com/TallyResponsibilities:A senior store executive's responsibilities include:Sample collection and testing for every lot of productionMonitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheldConducting regular audits of production lines to ensure compliance with company standardsReviewing employee and machinery performance to determine whether they are meeting standards and making any improvements requiredProviding guidance and support to employees in their work teams to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectivelyMonitoring and reporting on employee productivity to ensure that goals are being metSubmit daily detailed reports to the quality managerMaintain accurate and detailed reports of sample testing and collection, along with plant evaluation in accordance with the company standards Inventory management: Receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing goods and products Material management: Ordering materials, following up on deliveries, and processing challans Stock levels: Monitoring material availability and minimum stock values, and conducting quarterly audits Physical stock verification: Conducting periodic and annual stock verifications Liaison with purchase: Following up on low and over stock items with the purchase department Employee records: Maintaining personal records for employees who are issued equipment or laptops Scrap disposal: Managing scrap disposal, E-waste, hazardous waste regulations, used oil, and bio-medical waste
