SAP Ariba Specialist Position OverviewThis SAP Ariba Specialist position is an opportunity to join our organization and contribute to the success of our clients. The role requires a strong understanding of SAP Ariba applications, including experience in application support, maintenance, and configuration.As a SAP Ariba Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to resolve incidents and problems efficiently, while maintaining high service levels and restoring business continuity. Your tasks will include investigating and resolving issues related to SAP Ariba Application Support, identifying and applying continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies, driving process integration and standardization.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for handling Level 2 and Level 3 incidents and providing timely resolution to ensure minimal business disruption.Investigate incidents and problem tickets, and provide status updates to the Service Delivery Manager.Monitor background jobs and take corrective action if necessary to prevent system failures.Recommend industry best practices and implement service improvement plans to enhance application stability.Prepare and maintain all documentation required for the engagement, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.Collaborate with the audit team to implement recommendations received from audits, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.Qualifications:Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP Ariba, with extensive knowledge of application support and maintenance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.Excellent academic background, with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.SAP MM cross-functional skills, with a focus on determining root causes of issues.Strong knowledge of CIG integration with SAP S/4 HANA and contract workflow management.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, contributing to your professional growth and development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment, where your ideas and contributions are valued and recognized.Competitive compensation package, including salary and benefits, reflecting your skills and experience.Join us in this exciting opportunity to develop your skills and make a meaningful contribution to our organization
