We have a young and dynamic workforce, and an exponentially growing global solar market makes us well-positioned for future success.Key qualifications include:B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related disciplines;4-7 years of relevant experience in solar cell manufacturing or semiconductor/thin-film/process industry;Required skills include hands-on experience in cell production line operations (Diffusion, PECVD, Screen Printing, Firing, etc.), strong understanding of process parameters and equipment handling, knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality tools (5S, Kaizen, RCA, SPC), good communication and team-handling skills, and familiarity with MES/SAP systems for production tracking.Responsibilities include supervising and monitoring cell production activities, ensuring achievement of daily production, quality, and yield targets, and coordinating with maintenance, process engineering, and quality teams to resolve line issues promptly.
