We are seeking a seasoned SailPoint professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, with a strong background in security, development, and orchestration.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain IAM systems, including SailPoint, Active Directory, Okta, Azure AD, and other related technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate IAM solutions.Ensure the security and integrity of IAM systems, implementing robust authentication, authorization, and access controls.Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts for account creation and other relevant processes.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM systems.Provide on-the-job training and knowledge sharing to other engineers.Requirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent.6+ years of experience in development, security, and identity management.Strong understanding of HTTP protocol, REST API development, and related technologies.Experience with Orchestration/automation solutions and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Shell Scripting.Familiarity with cloud-based identity repositories and access logs.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience as an administrator of at least one Identity & Access Management system.Ability to provide written and oral communication, engage partner teams, and drive conversations.Self-initiative, strong time management, and ability to work on shifting schedules.What We Offer:Our company offers a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation package, and opportunities for growth and development.As a valued member of our team, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to innovative projects.
