Job Title: Mobile Test Engineer - Mobile Apps (Android/iOS)

Location: Near Noida/Ghaziabad/Delhi or Kochi, India

Job Description:

Premier is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mobile Test Engineer to ensure the quality and performance of our Android and iOS applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in mobile app testing, including automation and manual testing, and will contribute to the testing strategy using best practices and methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases and manage defects for Android and iOS mobile applications.

• Translate business requirements into detailed test cases/scripts for maximum coverage.

• Develop, enhance, and execute test suites/scripts based on test phases, both manually and with automation tools.

• Collect and report quality metrics from test execution and create detailed test reports with evidence.

• Debug and troubleshoot system failures using tools like ADB.

• Log defects in test management tools and investigate issues as per project standards.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Mobile Apps Testing (Android and iOS) with exposure to automation testing.

• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle, methodologies, techniques, and levels.

• Experience with Agile methodology.

• Familiarity with Appium for mobile app automation testing.

• Experience with test and defect management tools such as DevOps, ALM, TFS, or similar.

• Ability to create comprehensive test reports.

• Optionally, hands-on experience with Web/Mobile Tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong debugging skills and knowledge of debug tools like ADB.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automation tools and mobile testing frameworks (e.g., Appium).
