The ideal candidate will have a portfolio showing a variety of game art styles, polished final assets, and concept-to-delivery work.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the art vision, style guides, and visual identity for games.Contribute to 2D art through hands-on tasks and provide direction.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of artists — hiring, performance reviews, training.Oversee all art production pipelines, scheduling, and task distribution.Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to align art with mechanics and UX.Requirements:Diploma/Degree in 2D or video game development or equivalent experience.10+ years of creating game art with minimum 5 years at senior level.Strong portfolio showing variety of game art styles and concept-to-delivery work.Experience working on published games from conception to release.Expert knowledge of Photoshop and familiarity with optimizing art assets.Proven ability to balance esthetics with performance and usability.Additional SkillsExcellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).Positive influence and leadership skills.Motivates and inspires others to generate new ideas.
