Job Title: Data Governance ExpertWe are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage our enterprise-level data governance initiatives. This role requires expertise in data governance frameworks, including configuration, integration, workflow development, and stakeholder engagement.About the Role:Implement and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and enable data stewardship across the organization.Design and configure metadata management systems to integrate with enterprise systems.Develop and maintain custom workflows using BPMN and scripting languages.Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and business users to define and enforce data governance policies.Implement and monitor data quality rules, lineage, and metadata management.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in data governance, metadata management, or data quality.3+ years of hands-on experience with data governance platforms, including configuration and workflow development.Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data lifecycle management.Proficiency in data cataloging, lineage, and business glossary.Experience with data platforms like Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Informatica, or similar.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Benefits:Prior experience with Collibra is a plus.Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA) is a bonus.
