The candidate will be responsible for creating software and experiences that align with user expectations. The candidate should have a sound grasp of modern web and mobile technologies and scalable backend systems.The candidate is expected to use Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Windsurf, Zapier etc. These tools would be used to achieve the following.Rapid prototyping to understand client needsIterative developmentProductivity in the development lifecycleAn ideal candidate is expected to have a flair for picking new tools quickly. The position offers a steep learning curve, with significant exposure of working directly with global clients.Expected skills:Good written and spoken communication skillsSound problem solving capabilityAbility to quickly learn new vibe coding platforms and the relevant promptsAppreciation of UI/UX elementsUnderstanding of development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment and documentationUnderstanding of full stack architecturesKnowledge of web & mobile development technologiesKnowledge of programming languages such as NodeJS, Python, Java, SQLAppreciation of frameworks such as React, Angular and Flutter
