We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.Roles and Responsibilities:Evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors for various services including printing, logistics, travel, event management, training supplies, catering, and field operations.Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure optimal value and quality.Maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor their performance for long-term partnerships.Oversee procurement for all program-related needs, including IEC materials, training kits, and supplies.C coordinate procurement and logistics for field visits, workshops, and district/block level training.Ensure transparent documentation of purchase requests, quotations, bid comparisons, purchase orders, and invoices.Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.Qualification & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.At least 5-8 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in the development or NGO sector.Experience managing procurement for field operations, training, and printing is preferred.Strong negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
