Quality Executive


The Executive Quality will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across all operations. This role involves implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits, supporting production teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.


  • Assist in maintaining and enforcing quality standards throughout the production process to ensure product safety and consistency.
  • Monitor production processes and provide feedback to improve quality based on performance metrics and guest feedback.
  • Ensure all quality procedures comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic quality audits and inspections to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
  • Work closely with production and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality checks, audits, and compliance activities. Prepare and submit quality reports as required.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions and awareness programs to inform team members about quality standards and procedures.
  • Address customer quality concerns and collaborate with teams to modify processes or products to meet customer expectations.


Qualification

  • B. Tech (Food Technology), M Tech/ M.Sc. (Food Tech)/Diploma (Food Tech), or Masters in any related field.


Ideal Candidate

  • Preferred working in the Bakery Industry / Food industry
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP/GHP
  • Good communication skills / Ability to handle the Team.
  • Familiarity with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
  • Must be well-versed with applicable regulatory requirements i.e. FSSAI.
  • Able to work flexible shifts (Day and Night)
