We are looking for a passionate Senior Technical Sales Specialist to join our team and help us bring the latest technologies to life for our clients.Who We’re Looking For Educational BackgroundB.Sc./M.Sc./ Ph. D. in Biology or related fieldsMinimum 3 years of experience in Technical Sales or Application SupportExceptional freshers with strong molecular biology skills may also be considered for a junior role.Experience & SkillsExperience (3+ years) in selling or supporting molecular biology productsSolid understanding of PCR, qPCR, DNA Sequencing, and related workflows in Transplantation, Oncology, Reproductive genetics, New Born Screening and Microbiology.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsCustomer-centric approach backed by problem-solving abilityTeam-oriented with willingness to travel across Southern IndiaKey ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth by generating leads, closing opportunities, and achieving regional targetsBuild long-term customer relationships while promoting new products and cross-sellingDeliver on-site and online application support, including training and demosOptimize customer experience by identifying gaps and improving support processes Why Join Us?At Shiva Scientific, you will be part of a fast-growing organization riding the next wave of molecular and genomics innovation.
