Design Engineer for Memory Compilers

Our organization is seeking an experienced Memory Layout Expert to play a crucial role in developing memory compilers layouts and memory Fast Cache instances layouts for our next generation Cores. Achieving outstanding Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) efficiency is key to this project.You should have a strong background in electronic engineering or an equivalent field, with experience in CMOS design and layout. Familiarity with power versus performance versus area trade-offs is also necessary. Additionally, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create high-quality design rule-driven layouts are expected.A minimum of 5 years of experience in SRAM/memory layouts creation and backend verifications including EMIR analysis is required.
