About the Role Analyzing business needs, configuring Workday (accounting, reporting, planning). Managing integrations, ensuring data integrity, and driving process improvements for financial efficiency. Responsibilities Manages testing activities for Workday Finance implementations (AP, AR, GL). Working experience in Business Analysis. Develop test strategies and scripts. Coordinate UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing. Worked with Finance and IT teams to validate functionality. Coordinated with project managers for test planning. Excellent Communication Skills. Qualifications ERP / Student Systems: Workday Financials & Grants (GL, AP, AR, Banking, Procurement, Assets, Budget, FDM); Workday HCM; UKG Pro WFM; PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (Student Financials, Student Records, Admissions, Financial Aid, Campus Community). Required Skills Testing & QA: Functional, Integration & Regression Testing; Test Planning & Execution; UAT Coordination; Test Case Design; Defect Management (Jira, TestRail, HP ALM); End-to-End ERP Validation; Data Reconciliation & Audit Testing. Data & Integrations: Workday EIB; Banking Integrations; APIs; ETL; Excel Power Query; Data Loader; Cross-system Data Validation. Reporting & Analytics: SQL; Workday Report Writer; Tableau; Power BI; OBIEE; Crystal Reports; Test Reporting & Dashboarding. CRM & Enterprise Applications: Salesforce; ServiceNow; Banking & Payment Applications. BA & QA Methodologies: SDLC; Agile (Scrum/Kanban); Gap & Impact Analysis; Requirements Traceability; Process Mapping; Risk-Based Testing. Project & Collaboration Tools: Jira; Confluence; Smartsheet; MS Project; Visio; SharePoint; Teams; Slack. Productivity Tools: Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros); Word; PowerPoint; Outlook.
