Job Title: Reltio Architect

Experience: 12- 18 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Reltio Architect with extensive technical knowledge in Reltio MDM and enterprise data architecture. The ideal candidate will streamline and enhance a complex MDM ecosystem centered around Reltio, which includes a custom-built wrapper application (UI), Lambda AWS servers, and the Reltio Integration Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reltio Expertise:
• Exhibit and leverage deep knowledge of Reltio’s capabilities, configuration, customization, and API integration.
• Lead Reltio configuration customization and integration with enterprise systems eg Salesforce SAP
• Guide the team on Reltio workflow design, data model configuration, and administration.
• Define entity models match merge rules survivorship logic and workflows. Should have strong understanding of RDM.
• Ensure data quality governance and compliance with security standards
• Lambda Function Oversight:
• Manage AWS Lambda functions supporting customer onboarding, data quality checks, and system synchronization.
• Optimize and maintain these functions aligned with architectural goals
• Architectural Leadership:
• Align architectural decisions with Reltio Integration Hub capabilities.
• Design end-to-end Reltio MDM architecture tailored to business needs.
• Lead the design and adaptation of the Reltio-based MDM platform for scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Prioritize initiatives to streamline the solution and reduce complexity.
• Evaluate current architecture and identify opportunities for simplification and optimization.
• Provide architectural oversight to the backend team and components integrating with Reltio.
• Collaboration & Mentorship:
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Mentor team members on best practices in Reltio and MDM architecture.
• Work closely with internal teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of other MDM and additional 5+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Strong understanding of MDM principles and enterprise data architecture.
• Proficiency in AWS Lambda and serverless architecture patterns.
• Experience with Reltio Integration Hub and API-based system integration.
• Ability to assess architectural impacts and scalability of solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with complex MDM implementations in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare).
• Exposure to QA automation frameworks
