Company DescriptionZenalyst is building the world’s first AI Financial Intelligence System—an Artificial Financial Analyst that ingests data from ERP, CRM, HRMS, Excel, PDFs, Contracts, and performs auditing, due diligence, reconciliation, portfolio analytics & CFO-level insights with deterministic accuracy.We are backed by strong customer demand with pilots in Retail, Real Estate, Manufacturing, D2C, BFSI across India and the US.Role DescriptionRole: Head of Engineering- Zenalyst.aiLocation: Bengaluru, KarnatakaCompensation: Competitive + ESOPsWe are looking for a high-caliber engineering leader who will co-own the technology vision and scale Zenalyst into a global enterprise AI platform.Core Responsibilities🔹Develop and scale Zenalyst’s AI + Deterministic Financial Engine🔹Lead architecture for data ingestion (ERP, CRM, HRMS, S3, Databricks, OneDrive, GDrive)🔹Build multi-agent LLM systems for financial analysis, workflows, automations🔹Oversee product roadmap, DevOps, security, and performance optimization🔹Manage & mentor engineering team; drive hiring, reviews & engineering processes🔹Ensure 100% mathematical accuracy & audit reliability in AI outputs🔹Collaborate on R&D for Zenalyst’s AI Core: ZePolaris, ZeHelix, ZeAxiom, ZeConstellationSkills & Experience🔹Experience: 5 to 11 years🔹Preferred Education: IIT / IIIT / BITS / Top Engineering Institutes🔹Must Have (Strong Hands-on):-> Java, JS, Python, FastAPI / Node, Microservices, Event-driven architecture->Data Engineering: SQL, PySpark/Polars, Databricks/Snowflake, Databases-> Experience with S3 / GCS / Azure Blob, multi-source ingestion pipelines-> LLMs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector DBs (FAISS/Chroma/Pinecone)-> Understanding of finance, accounting logic, or analytical math-> AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, ObservabilityGood to Have:🔹Experience in enterprise SaaS, finance products, BFSI tech🔹Knowledge of RAG, multi-agent orchestration, deterministic + probabilistic AI🔹Exposure to security, SOC2, VAPT, RBAC, multi-tenant architectureIdeal Candidate PersonaYou are someone who:🔹 Thinks & builds like a founder, not just an engineering manager🔹 Can convert complex financial logic into scalable, reliable systems🔹 Is mission-driven: wants to build a generational AI company from India🔹 Loves solving deep, messy data problemsWhat You Get🔹Co-Founder Track + Significant Equity/ESOPs🔹Work with a high-velocity founder team with experience in M&A, Finance, AI🔹Opportunity to build a global category-defining AI platform🔹Direct exposure to VCs, PE/VC funds, CFO networks, Global customersHow to ApplyShare your CV / GitHub / Portfolio / LinkedIn with:📧 careers@zenalyst.aiSubject line: Application – Head of Engineering – Zenalyst.ai
