Interior Design Leadership OpportunityThe role of Interior Design Manager involves leading a team of designers and overseeing the design partner community.Lead designers to achieve success and ensure clients receive exceptional service.This position requires meeting sales & revenue targets, with the team's efforts directed towards achieving these goals.Design Partner Conversion is a key metric, with the manager responsible for its achievement alongside the Sales Manager.Able to lead, coach and mentor the design partner community.This will enable the community to grow, perform and flourish, directly reflecting the manager's efforts.Educate this team on improvement methods, ensuring any progress attributed to their work.NPS / Net Promoter Score indicates customer satisfaction. The Interior Design Manager ensures this score remains consistently high (9/10).Predictable collection target: the manager is accountable for project numbers pushed into production, linked to collections. A bonus may be awarded for meeting target numbers.As a design leader, the manager must maintain undiluted customer experience across various stages of the project/customer interface.Work closely with the central design team to bring client/designer insights and suggest process/product improvements.Coordinate with teams to effectively communicate and meet customer deliverables.Talent acquisition and development are integral parts of this role. Coaching, mentoring internal teams and reinforcing HomeLane values are included responsibilities.Requirements:Minimum 3-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution.At least 5 years of experience in interior design.Previous experience building teams is advantageous.Mandatory people management skills, having led interior designers/architects.Must possess keen design sense.Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
