As a QE Lead SDET, he/she will be responsible for leading the quality engineering efforts, developing and executing comprehensive test plans, and ensuring the robustness of our software products. He /She will work closely with the development team to design and implement automated testing frameworks, mentor junior SDETs, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.


Responsibilities

• Lead the quality engineering team in designing, developing, and executing automated test plans and test cases.

• Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and design test strategies.

• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and potential issues.

• Ensure that test plans and scripts are followed, and quality standards are met.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and assuring quality.


Qualifications we seek in you

• Experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on test automation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ATDD, BDD & TDD.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

• Strong experience with CI/CD practices
