Job OverviewThis role is focused on assisting the Project Director in delivering a flagship redevelopment project in Bandra West. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving forward planning, execution, and team coordination to ensure timely completion of the project.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning: Collaborate with the Project Director to develop a comprehensive project plan, ensuring alignment with master schedules and timelines.Progress Tracking: Regularly monitor progress against the project plan, identifying potential risks and constraints, and proactively highlighting these to the Project Director.Execution Oversight: Oversee the execution of assigned work fronts, ensuring quality and timeliness in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to clarify design requirements and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.Team Supervision: Guide and supervise junior engineers and site staff, providing training and support as needed to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.Qualifications & Ideal ProfileThe ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in residential or mixed-use construction projects, with a strong understanding of RCC works, finishes, site coordination, and quality systems. Additionally, exposure to lean construction, pull planning, or structured scheduling would be highly beneficial.
