You will be responsible for guiding the deployment of cutting-edge GenAI capabilities while ensuring consistent data governance across multiple markets.7+ years of experience in data solutions, analytics, business intelligence, or data product roles, with recent people management experience.Demonstrable expertise within General Insurance data domains.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (Premium, XMLA, ALM, optimization, governance).Familiarity with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift, plus ETL/ELT tooling such as Informatica.Strong background in semantic model design and unified enterprise data models.Hands-on experience delivering GenAI applications (RAG, embeddings, LLM prototyping), with understanding of responsible AI.Experience implementing enterprise data catalog and lineage platforms.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with proven success engaging senior executives internationally.
