We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to join our Information Technology Team.This position will drive the improvement of our IT security posture by identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks, designing technical risk solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to implement them.Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks by designing technical risk solutions and implementing them in collaboration with relevant teams.Assess and evaluate IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks of critical software, tools, systems, and company assets to ensure alignment with our security and regulatory requirements.Maintain and improve our Technology Risk Management compliance and ISO 27001 certification by crafting policies, developing key security processes, and communicating with auditors and regulators.Monitor systems, investigate cybersecurity alerts, and respond appropriately while keeping senior management informed of emerging situations.Create and conduct IT security training programs for employees.Work closely with project management office to maintain and improve our MAS Technology Risk Management compliance and ISO 27001 certification.About This RoleThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in financial institutions / fintechs is required. They should have a good appreciation of enhanced risks of cryptocurrency and how to mitigate them. Strong understanding of MAS TRM, ISO 27001, CIS or equivalent standards is essential. CISM/CISSP certification or equivalent is preferred. Technical experience with using security tools is necessary. DevSecOps experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
