Internship Job Description Position: AI/Automation Intern Location: Hybrid Duration: [3–6 months] Stipend: NA ( Non paid internship ) Department: FBS - IDC  About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our [AI & Automation / Data Science / Software Engineering] team. This internship offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, real-world problem-solving, and exposure to enterprise-level projects. The intern will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists, contributing to ongoing initiatives while learning industry best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions (RPA, AI Agents, or ML models).Support data preparation, cleaning, and transformation using Python / Pandas / SQL.Contribute to building and fine-tuning chatbots, AI models, or RAG-based applications.Help integrate automation tools (e.g., UiPath, LangChain, CrewAI) with enterprise systems.Document processes, findings, and solutions in clear and structured formats.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver POCs.Research and explore new AI/ML trends and prepare knowledge-sharing sessions.Required SkillsStrong programming fundamentals (preferably Python / Java / JavaScript).Familiarity with data structures, APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP, or automation frameworks.Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) is a plus.Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn new technologies.Good written and verbal communication skills.Preferred (Nice-to-Have)Hands-on experience with UiPath, LangChain, or CrewAI or similar RPA tools or AI Agents FrameworksExposure to Streamlit / React / Power BI for visualization.Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Prior experience working on academic/industry projects involving AI or automation.What You'll GainReal-world exposure to enterprise-level AI & Automation projects.Mentorship from experienced professionals in AI, ML, and RPA domains.Opportunity to publish or showcase work as part of innovation initiatives.Experience working in an agile, collaborative environment.Potential for pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance.
