We specialize in tackling transformative initiatives that shape the future of data-driven business, blending the art and science of data to create lasting value.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in data science methodologies and exceptional proficiency in Python. You will lead end-to-end analytical initiatives — from problem framing and data preparation to model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring. This role requires strong technical skills, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and frame GenAI opportunities with product and business teams.Design and run POCs using LLMs (copilots, RAG over enterprise data, agents, summarization, auto-insights, content generation).Compare prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and model choices, documenting trade-offs in cost, performance, and UX.Implement experimentation flows: data prep, retrieval, prompts, guardrails, and evaluation loops.Turn successful POCs into clear, buildable designs and collaborate with engineers to take them toward production.Define practical evaluation methods (task success, hallucinations, safety, usability) and iterate based on feedback.Stay up to date with the latest LLM/GenAI models, tools, and patterns and bring relevant ideas into the roadmap.Mentor junior data scientists on LLMs, experimentation, and applied problem-solving.Qualifications8+ years in data science / ML, with 2+ years hands-on with LLMs / Generative AI.Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field required; PhD preferred.Strong Python skills and experience with modern LLM tooling (transformers, vector DBs, RAG frameworks, evaluation/guardrail tools).Solid grounding in ML and applied statistics.Ability to work from ambiguous briefs and structure clear experiments.Equal Opportunity StatementOur team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and long-term growth, fostering a culture where experimentation, learning, and leadership are encouraged.
